OPEN FORUM:

Charlie T. discusses (1)area calendar,  (2)Downtown Group believes in service stucture and also discusses (3)financial support that is not addressed

in Policy.  Downtown Group feels that it should be part of policy that groups must donate to ASC.

Much discussion regarding calendar; solution is Kay N. to bring calendar monthly so as not to be in conflict with other groups when planning

activities.

Kay N. questions website construction.  Misty responds that she has no clue but willing to learn.  Several people have offered, none have shown up.

Person currently responsible will be dismissed.  Ada suggests to ask Jim W. (Another Chance) to help. Misty says PI will meet at Another Chance at 1:30

6/11 and maybe someone can show up to help.  Beverly says it is time for Misty to "do it" as it has been a few months now.

Secretary discusses GSR's getting minutes through email.  All groups with no email addresses will be mailed.  It is also determined that

the Facilitator will create a letter of apology and the last 2 months minutes will be mailed to Jacksboro NA, Hico, Stephenville, Changing Lanes and Serenity Point Groups.

Audit will be held at Expect a Miracle on 6/11/06 at 1:30 PM per Facilitator.

**Election (forgotten):  Helpline Chair- Cecil (Facilitator Position over at end of business); no dissenting votes, elected.**
